MALÉ trade name by Núria Malé Espinalt.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these
Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and
Refund Policy. The version of these Terms and Conditions in force on the date
the order is placed will apply to that purchase.

To place an order through this website, you must have the legal capacity to
enter into a contract.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these

reason, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud,

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of vintage and
upcycled materials, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern or finish may
occur. Where relevant, these characteristics will be indicated in the product
description. These variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is
defective or does not conform to its description.
We may limit the number of items available per order or restrict delivery to
certain countries or regions where reasonably necessary. Any applicable
restrictions will be communicated before the order is placed.

purchased by the same customer, account, payment method or delivery

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply, provided that the agreement can continue without the affected provision. This will not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

confirmation and policies expressly referenced in them, form the agreement
applicable to each order.
Any legally required pre-contractual information and mandatory consumer rights
will also form part of the agreement.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any provision of these Terms will not
constitute a waiver of that provision.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and all purchases made through this website are governed by the
laws of Spain.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, you will also benefit from any
mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable in your
country of habitual residence.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined as competent under
applicable consumer law.
